Clay Mitchell, newly appointed principal of Brandenburg Elementary, returns to the Midwest and meets his heart's desire in the local pub. The only problem is that she's one of his teachers, Olivia Sheffield. To top it off, she's being courted by wealthy art gallery owner, Derek Donaldson, who looks like a frickin' ad for GQ! Throw in Clay's adopted father (who is also his Superintendent), Olivia's sassy best friend, a manipulative school secretary, a nosy landlady, and a class of 2nd graders, and Clay's plan to convince Olivia that they belong together, gets erased like yesterday's chalkboard assignments. Now it's up to Clay to convince the lady the HE deserves to be a Teacher's Pet and that professionalism is all well and good, but so is hot sex, and one plus one is way more fun under the sheets.
